Penang Gerakan State Liaison Committee sent its condolences to the family of Permatang Pasir state assemblyman Mohd Hamdan Abdul Rahman who died at the National Heart Centre in Kuala Lumpur yesterday morning.

In a statement, the committee expressed its deepest sympathies to the bereaved family.

Mohd Hamdan, a two-term assemblyman and former Penang Pas commissioner, was 60.
