Penang BN Youth is celebrating Deepavali by welcoming everyone to the Open House at Chai Leng Park Public Hall 8pm this Wednesday 24th November 2010.

“Promoting racial harmony is important for national unity,” said Penang BN Youth chief Oh Tong Keong.

“Penang BN Youth celebrates festivals of all races,” he said.

Oh believes that better understanding of different cultures can be done over festive celebrations. Malaysia being culturally rich and diversified will continue to develop when the people are living harmoniously. “Those who create racial tensions should be condemned,” he added.

The Deepavali Open House buffet will be packed with entertainments and attended by Penang BN leaders.

Together at the press conference were Penang Gerakan Youth vice-chief H’ng Khoon Leng, Treasurer Jimmy Choo Chin Nam and youth leaders from BN component parties.
