Gerakan Jelutong Division and Coordinators Chinese New Year Open House celebrated by thousand.

Gerakan Penang State Chairman, Dato’ Dr Teng Hock Nan when invited to speak, thanked the people for working together with BN to develop Jelutong. “Rome was not built in a day. So do Jelutong,” he said.

Gerakan did not give up Jelutong, despite that all seats in Jelutong were lost in 308. “Our service centres continue care and provide assistance,” said Teng.

Dr Teng calls for support for BN to balance Chief Minister’s confidence to retain all Jelutong seats. “Gerakan hope to see democracy. Ruling party need to be checked and balanced,” he added.

Gerakan Coordinators Ng Fook On, Tan Yeow Joo, Dr Thor Teong Gee and Lee Boon Ten are among those attended at the event.
