Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu, the Father of Modern Penang, will lie in state at Dewan Sri Pinang from noon today until Sunday to allow the public to pay their last respect.

The cortege will leave for the Batu Gantung crematorium Sunday, Nov 28 noon.

Members of public may visit the wake on Friday and Saturday, in dark lounge suit or white shirt with dark tie.

Any wreath should be sent to Dewan Sri Pinang, 10200 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang.

According to the funeral committee, the representatives of societies, clubs and guilds should call the hotline (04-8902828) to be allowed to pay their last respects on Sunday.
