Penang Barisan National (BN) leaders visited Rapid Penang on February 21, to learn more about its operations and plans.

Penang BN Working Committee Chairman Dato’ Dr Teng Hock Nan asked Federal Government to expedite the 200 buses for Rapid Penang to improve their services. “Rapid Penang has been successfully answering the needs of Penang people and help in reducing our traffic problems since 2007,” said Dr Teng.

“Federal government is providing RM120 million to bring in more buses and build bus hubs,” said Dr Teng when explaining the federal government’s commitment to the people of Penang.

Gerakan Coordinators who are at the event actively took part in providing feedbacks to Rapid Penang.
