Wanita Gerakan today condemns the act of attacking drawing the son of Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng into gaining publicity in politics. Politics is not dirty, it become gutter politics when irresponsible politicians are not discreet in what they say.

“Such action is a disgrace to the highest degree and unethical beyond words, it is disheartening to see that the politics in the country has dropped to such low level that even the family members of politicians are baselessly attacked,” said Jayanthi.

Jayanthi calls for MCMC to investigate this matter immediately and take the necessary action against these perpetrators to deter politicians and bloggers from such demeaning action regardless on which side of the party they belong to. Justice must be exercised without fear or favor.
