槟州政府涉嫌贪污丑闻

（槟城．威南） 槟州爪夷区州议员陈明发，被指涉嫌一宗贪污案件，將2000令吉拨款变成450令吉物品。
行动党高渊联委会主席郑复荣周三（10日）上午召开记者会指出，他接获高渊某慈善团体的投诉，指该团曾向这名行动党州议员申请2000令吉拨款，但所接获物品的价值却只约450令吉的案件。
他说，被投诉的人民代议士是行动党爪夷区州议员陈明发。基於公众利益，郑复荣已经將有关事件投报，由反贪污局介入调查。
郑复荣声称，他决定通过记者会揭发这起事件，是因为有关事件已经发生了2个月，儘管他已经向槟州民联政府的领袖投报，但却未被重视，也没有公开否认该涉及贪污事件的存在。
郑氏透露，振济阁的一名委员向他指出，该团体於今年4月向行动党爪夷区州议员陈明发申请2000令吉拨款，以供购置电视机和光碟播放器的用途。
“有关拨款的申请获陈明发批准，而电器也在较后交到团体会所去。然而，委员会后来发现有关电器的价值只约有450令吉，並非拨款的数额2000令吉。”
郑氏续说，他是於今年4月17日向反贪污局投报，同时也知会槟州民联政府领导人，包括槟州首席部长林冠英和行动党槟州联委会主席曹观友。
他指出，当他投报槟州民联政府的领袖后，所获的答案令他感到非常失望。他被指示不要插手这个课题，因为陈明发是来自相同政党。
他们甚至对我说：“行动党才成为执政党，没有理由你想再看到补选的出现。”
郑复荣表示，他尤其对林冠英的冷淡反应感到特別的失望。林冠英自上任槟首长后，一直倡导有能力、问责和透明度的施政原则，但却漠视这个课题的严重性。
他指出，倘若州领袖未能采取行动解决这个问题，本身將在下个月揭露更多关於陈明发所犯下的罪行。
他强调，行动党过去一直炮轰国阵人民代议士涉嫌贪污，但作为行动党党员，对於领袖对党员採取姑息养奸的態度，他无法当作没有事情发生。

Since when gerakan blog becomes another UMNO control media already ??? You are not doing your job but instead becomes UMNO Propaganda. If you are drawing salary or allowances from this blog, i really shame on you, buta gaji…
Nice job huh, just copy and paste from UMNO control press and no need to think or even type a single word. You let rakyat think gerakan is UMNO running dog by posting what UMNO control media is publishing.
How would u expect your own party members and public to view your party blog just by doing some brainless job here since they can view at their webpage, reading the same news/infor here, make no different.

在2008年12月期间，本阁接获供应商送来1台29寸电视机、1台DVD光碟机及1支电视天线，并称有关东西为陈氏拨款物件。
随后，总务彭育亮在一项场合中，也亲自向陈氏查明有关物件是否就是他所宣布的2000令吉拨款物件，陈氏当时表示将进行了解。
在2009年大约2或3月期间，本阁再获供应商前来安装1台ACSON冷气机。在接收冷气机后，本阁觉得连同之前所得3样物品，就已经与陈氏所拨予本阁款项相差不远，也认为已经达到所求，事情即告一段落。

This case is not bring up by gerakan itself but instead from DAP internally disclose to media n public. Gerakan doing nothing here for this case but just the horse behind the cannon ( mar hou pau ).
Gerakan just taking this Opportunity to attack PR/DAP government. Perhaps this is what gerakan do best currently. When their big bro UMNO n component party like MCA/MIC hv more serious corruption cases, they choose to close one eye or pretend donno and keep thier mouth shut. That is gerakan spirit !!!
They r like that b4 the last 308 election and never change after the 308 great defeat. Gerakan is on its way to doom…
I suggest those good leaders and members with principle and can serve rakyat to jump ship or form their own party rather sink with this ship.

No, “Penangites” is not lame! After reading his comments, I can visualize that, physically, he is alright, except his eyes have some serious problems. If I’m not mistaken, he is most probably infected with advance-stage of Colour-blind and high tendency of experiencing Optical-illusions.Thus, he will not be able to see things in their true nature. Red objects will appear to him to be black. Two lines of the same length will appear to him to be one is longer than the other.He may see a lake in the desert or a pool of water in front of the dry road during a hot and sunny day.
I suggest he must see an optician or an eyes-specialist to have his eyes defects corrected.
Hope that the above comments will NOT offend “Penangites” in any way. If so, pardon me. We are friends!

no, not at all, infect i can accept others comments or criticise as long is true n valid. Not like some narrow minded gerakan leader or members.
I am happy as today i learn some new medical terms.
Since u say i might hv some eye defects, well, at least i see things differently from normal n ordinary people that they cant.
Only people with my kind of vision, able, willing, dare and wanted to say n express others that cant see, dont want to see, close one eye to see or not dare to see.

i forgot to say that, no matter how harsh i hamtam gerakan, is bcos how love it is. Just like a parents who really love n care their child will punish or beat up them when they do wrong. If not, no one will border or care for it n let it root.
yes, for me, we r always friends even we dont ride the same boat, share the same ideology, religion, language, race, status and so on. For me, the true enemy is nothing than the racist and corrupted UMNO and their leader.
They divide rakyat malaysian for so long just to protect their on personal interest(power, money, status, corruption). They dont want to see whole malaysian united, bcos if it really happen, UMNO n other race base party will become irrelevant and doom.
That is u all people that hv good eye vision but unable to see. So, i dont blame or angry u making such remark on me previously.
My purpose is to try awake gerakan and their leader
as this party is too parasite on UMNO and it will lead to yr doom day in future, perhaps soon…

Tan Beng Huat, A Fine Example to Follow
On July 15, Nibong Tebal DAP division chief Teh Hock Yong lodged four reports with the MACC against Tan for alleged abuse of power, misappropriation of allocation and using the state logo on a letter to raise RM5,000 for a Chinese temple.
Tan, the Jawi assemblyman, did not only cooperate with the anti-corruption investigators but he also submitted an undated resignation letter to the Penang chief minister to be executed if he was found guilty.
He has been cleared of abuse of power allegations as investigations by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) found that there was no evidence to implicate him.
Tan said he had received a letter from Penang MACC director Latifah Mad Yatim, dated July 23, stating that the case had been closed.
All elected representatives currently being investigated by the MACC should do the same thing. Will Khir Toyo lead the way for BN?
